Ordering Details

We offer a (1/8) 45 lb. box , as well as quarter beef, half beef, and whole beef options for your ordering convenience. Just select the product with the appropriate availability date and deposit in our store to secure your order. Once your beef is harvested, the final product will become available in our store. At that point you will select the final payout option to complete your purchase.

  • 1/3 Steak (15 lbs.)
  • 1/3 Roast and Ribs (15 lbs.)

1/4 Beef Shares Are Estimated To Include:
  • 6 packages of tenderized round steaks
  • 6 packages of 1 - 1” thick sirloin steaks
  • 6 packages of 2 - 1” thick ribeye steaks
  • 6 packages of 2 - 1” thick t-bone steaks
  • 3 Chuck roast
  • 2 Arm roast
  • 1 pikes peak roast or 1 rump roast (luck of the draw)
  • ½ brisket
  • 2 Short ribs
  • 65 x 1 lb packages of hamburger
The total ESTIMATED cost per quarter is typically about $900. It is priced at $5.00 per pound of "hanging weight", which is provided to us by our processor. Hanging weight is the weight of the hanging carcass before it is butchered into the various cuts of meat, and is different for each animal. Due to discarded waste, the net weight of meat you will receive is generally about 60 percent of the hanging weight. Each quarter beef will require approximately 5 cu. ft. of freezer space.

Order Pick-Up and Delivery

If you choose home delivery, the delivery charge is based on your distance from our ranch. The linked map below shows our delivery zones. Please determine which zone you are in and add the delivery option to your order.

Customers can also pick up their orders at the butcher or on farm for free. Pick up availability times will be determined and communicated after the beef is harvested.

  • The center circle is Zone A (>50 miles) - $50
  • The middle circle is Zone B (50 - 75 miles) - $75
  • The outer circle is Zone C (75 - 100 miles) - $100

Butchering Options & Location

Our local butcher is Fort Cobb Locker in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma. Customers purchasing whole or half beefs will have their beef processed according to their individual cut orders. Customers purchasing quarters and 45# boxes receive pre-determined cuts.

Payment Options

Each order placed in advance of harvest is for a share of a live animal and requires a deposit. Deposits must be paid at the time of your order. Delivery and final payment of orders must be received before delivery. Failure to make the final payment before pick up or delivery will result in the loss of the beef share and deposit.

    • SNAP customers must pay deposits using a non-SNAP method.
    • Upon final payout, your SNAP account will be charged the total amount for your beef and your deposit will be refunded.

NOTE: For those wishing to pick up their orders, in-person payments cannot be made at the butcher. Please make other arrangements with us to receive your payment.
