- Pickup or delivery address (if applicable)
- Order details (share size, cuts, quantities)
- Payment information, processed securely by Stripe (we never see or store your full card number)

- Process and fulfill your order
- Send order confirmations, pickup/delivery updates, and payment links (by email and/or text message)
- Respond to questions about your order
- With your separate opt-in, send occasional updates about availability and new offerings by email
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We share information with the following services only as needed to run our business:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Telnyx — text messaging for order updates
- Resend — order confirmation and notification emails
- EmailOctopus — our optional email newsletter (only if you opt in)
- Supabase — secure order database hosting
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you text us to place an order, you are opting in to receive text messages from Diamond D Land & Cattle related to that order — confirmations, follow-up questions, and a payment link. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
