By ordering from this store, or by texting us to place an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders & Pricing
Beef shares (eighth, quarter, half, whole) are priced based on estimated hanging weight at the time of order. The amount charged at checkout is a deposit. Your final total is calculated once your animal is processed and weighed in at the processor, based on actual hanging weight, and you'll be billed or notified of that final amount separately.
Some items (such as individual cuts) are sold at a fixed, flat price rather than an estimate.
Availability
Orders are limited by what's currently available from our herd. We'll let you know as soon as possible if an item you ordered becomes unavailable, and you'll receive a full refund of your deposit in that case.
Pickup & Delivery
You'll choose pickup at one of our listed locations or delivery to your address at checkout. Delivery is available to select areas; a delivery fee may apply based on your zip code.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at jeff@diamonddlandandcattle.com. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on where your order is in processing.
